    2.  American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers (ASLET)

    ASLET was founded in 1987 as the American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers. Today, ASLET is the largest law enforcement training association of its kind in the world. It has nearly 7,000 active members including members from Canada, Australia, England, Israel, Portugal, Germany, Haiti, France, Venezuela, Norway, Bangladesh, Guam, New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, and Africa.

    3.  INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT FIREARMS INSTRUCTORS, Inc.(IALEFI)

    The International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors(IALEFI) is a membership organization which was organized in 1981 by a group of concerned firearms instructors. They recognized the need for a way to update and modernize the instruction and teaching techniques being used to train the majority of law enforcement officers.

    4.  National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA)

    In response to the increasingly violent challenges facing law enforcement, the National Tactical Officers Association was created in 1983 to promote the Special Weapons and Tactics required to deal with these growing threats to a safe and sane society. Today, the NTOA is the leading non-profit association dedicated to the advancement of the Special Weapons and Tactics profession throughout the world. By providing highly realistic training, and disseminating tactically significant knowledge and information to qualified LE agencies and individuals, the NTOA is ushering in the next evolution of SWAT. The NTOA has more than 35,000 members.
